What we collect, who else holds it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

PestPaid is run by DEV MINDS, a company registered in Tunisia at Rue 18 janvier 1952, Immeuble Ariana Centre, Bureau n°A210, 2ème étage — Ariana 2080, tax number 1879824 X/A/M/000. We sell only to businesses in the United States.
Two kinds of people, two different answers
This matters, so it comes first.
If you run a pest control company and you have a PestPaid account, this policy is about you. We decide what to collect and why, and you can ask us directly about it.
If you are a customer of a pest control company that uses PestPaid, we hold your name and address because your pest control company put them there. It is his record, not ours. We only do what he tells us to do with it. So ask him, not us. If you write to us anyway, we will point you to him and let him know you asked — we are not allowed to change his records on our own.
What we collect
If you have an account with us:
- Your name and email address, so you can sign in and we know who you are.
- Your company name, its time zone, its tax rate, and the bank details you choose to print on your invoices.
- What you do inside the app, so it can work: your clients, their addresses, your jobs, and your invoices.
If your pest control company uses PestPaid and you are his customer, he may have stored your name, your email address, your phone number, the address of the place he treats, and notes about the work.
If you only visit this website, we count the page views and whether the “Start the free trial” button was clicked. We do not record your screen and we do not tie those counts to your name.
If you send us a message with the contact form, we also keep a scrambled form of your internet address for a short time. We do it so nobody can send the form thousands of times. We cannot turn it back into your address, we do not store the address itself, and what we keep is deleted after two days.
We never take a card number. Payment happens on Lemon Squeezy’s own pages, and card details never reach us.
Who else holds it
We use a small number of other companies to run PestPaid. Each one holds a part of the data, and each is bound to use it only for our service.

| Sentry | Tells us when the app breaks, so we can fix it. It gets the error, not your data. |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We never have, and PestPaid has no way to.
How long we keep it
- While your account is open, we keep your data so the product works.
- After you close your account, we remove it within 30 days.
- Invoices are the exception. We keep them for 7 years and we will not remove them early, because accounting and tax rules require us to hold them.
- The scrambled internet address from the contact form is deleted after two days.
- Backups age out on their own. Something removed from the live database can still sit in a backup for up to 30 days before it is gone for good.
Seeing and changing your information
If you have an account, most of it is on screen and you can edit it yourself, in Settings.
For anything else — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or removal — email contact@pestpaid.com. We will answer within 30 days. If we cannot do what you ask, we will say why. The most likely reason is the invoice rule above.
Again: if you are a customer of a pest control company, ask him, not us.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for what a website should do with it. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
We do not let any advertising company track you across other websites from here. The only outside service that sees your visit is PostHog, and it only counts pages on this public website. It does not follow you anywhere else.
When this page changes
If we change something that matters, we will put the new effective date at the top of this page, and we will email account holders before it takes effect. Small wording fixes get a new date and nothing more.
Children
PestPaid is a tool for businesses. It is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about anybody under 16.
